Honey, he is not the real "he", somehow if i am not mistaken, "he" still preserve the ovary, uterus, Fallopian tube and the cervix. that is why "he" still can pregnant, biologically. "he" been the talk of the town since the news published. so in this case, i don't think is a "pseudo", manhood is "pseudo", but pregnancy is 100% natural.
