Youth Park

Readers please leave your answer (Q-below) in my comment box!!!!Thank you!

Do you think PETS should be forbidden from entering public place like Youth Park?

A. YES
B. NO
C. OTHERS (Please state your reason)

Without further elaboration i am sure you know why i ask the Q above.

Yeah WHY? Human need a park to breathe new air; why not animal?

Unless the government have provided a Pet Park then i have no words if i still insist bringing them to Human Park!! The thing is where?!!!

So if you do not want to waste extra money to build another place like this. Then please discard all the idiotic rules that doesn't make any sense!!!really want to F**(+_ him!!!!

As i always say the rule are DEAD, human beings are lively..Society is developing! How can you follow / accommodate a set of dead and dry rules of 1900' till 21 century! it's ridiculous!!

So now u know why, case law keeps on expanding!!Because even the judges beh tahan!!

General rules always come hand in hand with EXCEPTIONS..For e.g: Young V Bristol Aeroplane!!

You damn Management in youth park, Don't you know how to maintain a PARK?Have you ever thought or look into the definition of what a PARK is?!!!

I understand that pet sometimes will pee /pass motion within the area. But a public field is not within the area. If the safety is good in Penang Island then i don't mind to bring my pet to stroll around. The thing is even without the existance of pets the hygience in our public park is filthy dirty!!!If you don't believe take a look in the toilet, See the swimming pool..I wonder is that a pool or human's poo? It makes No sense to me.

If all public place are forbidden then DONT set up a place like SPCA. What's the point of adopting them but not letting them walk. Might as well you let them sit in the jail. Then the place in Penang Island will be spit and span.

Girlie,
Don't worry i won let anyone look down on you. nobody on earth will going to penalise your freedom like this. Even including me!!

O ya, so sorry to let you hear this today..I promise i will give you a good and gentle massage 2mr@-@

young v bristol, but it is stil hv conditions for the court to depart from precedent la, (i) conflict with other COA decision, (ii) per incuriam (iii)conflict with HOL, weeeiii dun put case law here la, how many can understand? and regarding the park, i will stand by you. like decision in R v R (1990), they should "kill" all the trait law and develop the new one. seems like 2nd war, "no Chinese and dog allow in the park", refer to history in China. Damn Japanese. hopefully this kind of thing will not happen here, lodge a complain to city council la.
